Florida, the creme de la creme of American morals, has decided to prosecute Max Hardcore, also known as Paul Little, an adult film producer from California, for sending “obscene matter” through the mail to Florida.

This story relates to the NoPornNorthampton story posted earlier, as the adult store chain involved is the same chain, and this may come into play as Northampton’s fight moves forward. The town council in Kittery, Maine approved a license that would allow the store to continue operating its private viewing booths, which were shut down last year after complaints that gay men were using the business as a place to obtain anonymous sex. The Baker family — Dallas Baker, his mom Mary Baker, and his sister Amber Baker, all got jail time for their role in a 12-year prostitution business in Florida. Dallas got 12 years, Mary 5, and Amber 3, for racketeering, and Dallas was also convicted of procuring a person under 18 for prostitution.
