So this woman in Stafford County, VA was indicted back in 2001 on charges of prostitution and crimes against nature, whatever that is. They finally picked her up in Hagerstown, MD, apparently for growing pot. She went by the name of Mistress Jesse, DC’s Hottest Domina. Story on WTOP News.

Police arrested a 23-year-old woman in Brockton, who they’ve arrested before, for offering an ‘unwrapped lollipop” in a “car date” to an undercover officer for $75. It wasn’t her first arrest. More at The Enterprise at SouthofBoston.com.
The bill is through the Ohio House, now on to the Senate, where is has just as good a chance at passing. The girls aren’t too happy with it, because lapdance income is definitely more precious than regular tipping income. Phillyburbs has the story.
