So this woman in Stafford County, VA was indicted back in 2001 on charges of prostitution and crimes against nature, whatever that is. They finally picked her up in Hagerstown, MD, apparently for growing pot. She went by the name of Mistress Jesse, DC’s Hottest Domina. Story on WTOP News.
Police arrested a 23-year-old woman in Brockton, who they’ve arrested before, for offering an ‘unwrapped lollipop” in a “car date” to an undercover officer for $75. It wasn’t her first arrest. More at The Enterprise at SouthofBoston.com.

The Houston Chronicle brings us the story of 10 people in Kansas City, KS who were arrested for bringing women from China to work as prostitute/slaves in massage parlors. The Kansas City Star is also covering the story.
