Ray Donald Loy, 39, was arrested and charged with using a minor to produce obscene matter. He ran a weekends-only strip club out of his home, for mostly Pittsburgh-area customers, and produced videotapes of his underage “dancers.” More info at WTRF-TV Wheeling.
