So this woman in Stafford County, VA was indicted back in 2001 on charges of prostitution and crimes against nature, whatever that is. They finally picked her up in Hagerstown, MD, apparently for growing pot. She went by the name of Mistress Jesse, DC’s Hottest Domina. Story on WTOP News.
