Taking control
It’s difficult sometimes being the man in the relationship. We have to take control of situations. We have to be the ones to make the initial introduction and also when we feel like we might want to settle down with that special someone we have to be the ones to pop the most important life changing question – not that I’m looking to settle down at any point soon you understand.
The healthiest relationships I’ve had have been when I’ve been in control. I decided on where we are going to go out, where we are going to eat and what we are going to do when it comes to the weekend that we can spend together. I have always had problems when I’ve been with someone who I end up leaving every decision to. There is something about the way that women respond to a man that is in command that makes it a vital aspect of our personalities. Women may hate to admit it but they love a man to be in control.
The downside of this can be that it is somewhat exhausting making all the decisions all the time. It is a common fact that men are incapable of multi-tasking and I think that is true. Not only do we have everything about our lives to think about but sex takes up a large part of our brains as well. When we have to make plans for the weekend we inevitably fail to do so because it’s put to the back of our minds. I guess that’s why some of us crave the dominatrix woman to take control and give us a break from time to time.
