Work hard and play harder
I was at work in the North, a group of us were, and we headed to a restaurant, an Indian place, and the food was great. But the thing that caught my eye was the waitress not the cuisine. Strangely enough she was the spitting image of Audrey Hepburn, well a 19 year old Audrey Hepburn, and I told her as much. She didn’t seem to give it more than a smile and I thought nothing of it.
The next day though I dropped back during my lunch break. She was there setting up tables and the place was all but empty. I said ’This is embarrassing but I have to ask you if you would like to come to dinner… look I appreciate you probably want to say no and it is not a problem… actually yes is not a problem either’. ’Are you free tonight?'she asked, ’if so pick me up across the road at 8’.
I was there at 5 to the hour and there she was waiting in a raincoat. We didn’t venture far and the meal, and chat was in truth somewhat, well, quiet. She hadn’t even taken her raincoat off. At the end of the meal she asked if we should head off for a drink and suggested the bar at the hotel as it was only round the corner. Pretty though she was I was feeling like this was a none starter and wondering if that was a good idea. Finding the bar closed was to my mind a blessing until she suggested we grab a drink from my fridge in the room.
I opened the fridge door as the room door was closing and asked ’what would you like?'as I turned to see her drop the raincoat to the floor. My jaw followed it as I looked at her in her black bra and panties, suspenders and stocking. Pardon my French but ’What the fuck?'She slipped off her shoes and glided over to me and slowly raised her lips to my mouth.
Damn I was tired the next day. She left me her number and man did I use it. She understood we lived in different places but she more than made up for her quiet demeanor in the bedroom and every time I headed North on business my quiet little Manchester fuck buddy got a call. That went on for two years before I moved on but I look back on that to this day with fond memories.
